Recall transactions from any terminal
Put multiple transactions on hold at one time, add a message to the transaction, such as a customer’s name or table number and recall from any terminal.
Table tracking and kitchen printing (for Roadhouses or Restaurant sites)
Record a table number with your transaction and you can also send the order to the kitchen printer. The number of orders placed for a table is also tracked and a Write Off function is available for you to record order adjustments or cancellations appropriately.
Multiple time or volume driven promotions
Set up promotions that can be triggered either by time period or by quantity. Run a promotion and see the original and discounted price figures clearly visible on your Point of Sale terminal.
Till Management

Customer accounts can be easily managed with QuickFuel including the ability to set special pricing for family, staff or loyal customers. It’s easy to charge transactions to an account and accept payments. Customer laybys is also be managed the system.
Manage your stock with ease
QuickFuel manages all types of inventory. You can track sales and stock on hand for a particular item. Advanced functionality includes the ability to handle group items e.g sell as a kit or purchase and sell in different units of measurements e.g. buy a case and sell as a Dozen, 6 pack or any other combination you want. Or perhaps you need to track sales by units of measure such as kilograms, metres or litres.
Intuitive stock ordering checks maximum quantity and back order to ensure you do not over order items. The margin check facility also does a quick check to ensure you are selling the product at the right price and ensures you are not a victim of margin creep which can erode your profit.
Multiple cost prices per product enables you to order stock from different supplies based on stock outs or required delivery time frame.
Receipting and ordering can also be performed using the handheld device making you mobile around the store while performing this task.
Automatic ordering
The system has the ability to order stock based on sales history minimum quantity, and lead time to next delivery. It is also intuitive enough to buy in outers if that is the smallest unit of purchase. The sales history can be based on a season or configurable time timeframe such as Easter or a relevant festival.
Store unlimited barcodes against a product
Create a master product barcode in Back Office and configure unlimited barcodes per related product within QuickFuel. This feature enables rapid creation of multiple barcodes for related products, saving you time and money.
Related products enables you to maintain inventory and sales by a master product eg Drink cans. The master product will accumulate all purchases and stock on hand figures yet provide a sales history by flavour. In one step you can change the buy and sell price rather than do it for every flavour of drink. This feature simplifies product management yet still gives you accurate stock control and sales information.
Label design and print software included
QuickFuel includes a comprehensive label design and print feature, built into the BackOffice software. Design your own shelf labels, advertising cards, barcodes for products or customer cards. The choice is virtually endless. In addition select shelf labels to print using the MobileManager* handheld termnial.
Create a loyalty program for your customers
Quickly and easily manage points-based customer loyalty programs by calculating points accumulated by each customer’s purchase to help increase customer loyalty and repeat purchases. Plus, points can also be used in combination with cash so customers can use as many or as little points as they want to make a purchase, or redeem for a gift voucher.
This is also supported in the MultiSite capabilities of the system where all points and sales are centralized to the Head Office database.
Handheld device
The QuickFuel handheld device is purpose built for the service station environment. Easy to use and extremely robust.
Features include Ordering stock via the handheld device, ability to receipt stock, change prices on the shop floor and select labels to print. Stocktaking using one or more handheld devices make stock-takes easy and quick to perform.
Fuel reporting
A major strength of QuickFuel is its powerful reporting with live point of sales data, fuel reports including, hose, tank and grade reports. Ability to seamlessly incorporate Driveway card acceptors and Automatic Tank gauging systems.
DaySheet
The QuickFuel DaySheet provides a single report with all the data you need to know on a daily basis. The DaySheet is concise and consolidates all the day and month to date reporting information including Gross Profit, Customer Counts for fuel, shop and combined sales. Till Variances, day’s banking and other key statistical information on the site’s performance. It is printed automatically when the End of Day is performed.
Daily Banking
The system enables easy tracking of cash on site and ready for banking. This process enables takings to be easily tracked within the system to pay staff, top up the ATM or bank to various accounts. Normally these functions require a complex set of journals but in QuickFuel it cannot be easier.
Merchant Settlements
As part of the Till Balancing function all finalized tills will map the card acquired transactions to the relevant issuers. When you are reimbursed most issuers retain a merchant service fee with attracts a GST portion. With QuickFuel the system provides a logical and simple user interface where you enter the reimbursement amount and the system will automatically calculate the merchant service fee and its relevant GST amount.
User and Role based security features
QuickFuel security features help you manage sensitive transactions such as refunds and discounts by enabling you to create user roles and establish user privileges for your employees, ensuring user access and security of your business is tracked and maintained with ease and complete control.
MultiSite
MultiSite gives QuickFuel the ability to easily handle more than one retail location from a Head Office and regardless of whether it is a service station or another retail store. All sales, customer and accounting information is sent to the Head Office server for consolidated reporting and invoicing.
All the repetitive tasks are also centralized with price, customer, employee and supplier maintenance performed at Head Office and transferred to each location in real-time.
Designed to handle a myriad of franchise arrangements such as company owned and operated stores, company branded but independently operated stores and agency operated businesses.
Payroll
The QuickFuel timekeeper removes the need for timesheets and removes the ability for staff to doctor their log on and off times. Automatically posting staff working hours to QuickBooks® and where applicable to Head Office for MultiSite users.
Reliability
There are various configurations available but with QuickFuel each point of sale lane can continue to operate regardless of the state of any other lanes or terminals in the site network.
