Reckon Tools Backup can be accessed directly from Quickbooks and has the following features:

• Upload any file type - Ability to back up files of any type, including Microsoft® Word,  Microsoft® Excel, PDFs or image files.
• Online access - Ability to access your critical information at any time and from any online location.
• Scheduler- Download the Reckon Tools Backup Desktop application for free! Allows you to schedule automatic backups so you can set up and forget.
• File Management - Simplify your file retrieval and storage! Create folders and subfolders to actively manage your online information.
• Emailing - Email your files from directly within Reckon Tools Backup. No need to download the file and attach to an email, just send directly from within Reckon Tools Backup.
• Checkout and Check-in capability - Keep track of your changes using the Check-out/Check-in functionality. First check out the files that you are currently working on, make your changes and then check-in. Select the Version button to see the history of a file.
• Work Groups - Create a network of people with whom you wish to share your files in a secure environment.
• File Sharing - Want to restrict your users from changing or deleting certain files? Set up user privileges for each user granting them access to read, write or delete.
• Forum - Discuss issues and topics with other people.

Two versions are available: Reckon Tools Backup Basic and Reckon Tools Backup Professional.
